While helping others get certified through the efforts of the Florida IT Server Group, I decided to explore the MTA exams myself. Working to certify in the Infrastructure track, I had to review technologies I haven’t (and don’t) touch at work. I also got to explore newer technologies in broad areas, again outside the framework of my job. Worth the effort.
With almost 20 years as an MCP and almost as many with the same company, you can get tunnel vision – focusing on the work. The MTA exams are not only a door opener for newbies to technology, they were an eye-opener for this veteran to revisit some old technologies I don’t handle every day and explore some new ones. Again, worth the effort.

I am a graduate from Blue Crest College (NIIT) in Accra, Ghana. I am grateful for my MTA certification. It really proved my capability and ability when a sister company moved from an old infrastructure to a new one in January 2014. I, however, single-handedly handled the IT aspect of the project, and management was really proud. Because of this experience and my certification, all IT related decisions of the firm and other sister companies are taken by me. Kudos to MTA.
I therefore recommend MTA certification to all those who are into IT.

I had tried 3 different times to get a promotion at work, but was unsuccessful. After I got my MTA certifications I finally got a promotion and since then have received 2 more.
I was able to get my certifications through my college classes and I think it was a great endeavor. I hope to progress to other certifications in the near future as well.

The MTA certifications have helped me in my schooling. Without the knowledge that I received from studying I would not have passed my tech class as early as I did. Also they have helped me obtain my first IT job, which has jump started my career in the technological field. I’m sure with the certification I will be able to obtain my main goal of becoming a Network Administrator. I would like to thank Microsoft for the opportunity they have given me.
I would recommend the MTA certification because they are very recognized in the world’s tech industry. They are an easy first step to career goals in any field of technology. The certifications are something to be proud of and very inexpensive. I would recommend this to anybody looking to gain knowledge in the tech fields.

I was given a priority over other people due to my MTA certification and thus was among the first to bag a job during my campus placements. This is the first thing that interviewers saw, and then I made the interview sway in my direction. For the future, MTA will help me quickly get used to working with people who are the best in this field.
I would absolutely recommend MTA. The simple reason being “WHY NOT?” Opportunities come and go in life. MTA is definitely one of them. MTA would help my friends get better job prospects. It would help co-workers get used to the current flow of work. MTA would also help family members understand the wonders of Microsoft.

Desktop Support – IT
My current job is doing mostly Windows support, server support, and printer/hardware repairs. I had no certification before getting this job, but, the desire to achieve this milestone encouraged me to work harder and provided a more professional level of service. It ultimately led to a better position, and higher pay for my skills! It has also encouraged me to go back to school for my master’s degree.
I have recommended MTA to family, friends, and co-workers frequently, the reason for this seemed obvious to me. With these certificates, you become more desirable in any field you would work in. These certifications also show you study hard, want to do your best, and always strive to be better.

The MTA certifications have helped me to validate my ability to apply IT concepts and best practices. The certifications have also enhanced my marketability. They show employers my commitment to developing the necessary skills to be a valuable member of their organization when working with best of breed technologies. This certification has helped my confidence to grow and now I have set my sights on pursuing the MCSA.
I would highly recommend MTA certification to others as it offers an opportunity to not only validate your understanding of the concepts, but also the ability to successfully advance your level of expertise.
In my job location, there are many Windows servers : 2003 R2, 2008 R2, and 2012 R2. The MTA certifications give to me a lot help in managing and troubleshooting these servers.
The MTA certification is to be recommended for every person interested.

I am a 56 year old female and suddenly found myself entering school. AGAIN! I LOVE IT! The field I have chosen is Computer Information Technology. I am currently Security Plus certified with an MTA certification in security, along with an MTA certification in Windows. I have found that the MTA certifications have been especially helpful for me. They provided me with a measuring stick for my strengths and weaknesses, allowing to be better prepared for more advanced certs.
YES MTA certs are an invaluable tool for passing the more advanced certifications.
